We're seeking sales executives to join our existing account sales team. You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic sales team opening new does with key marketing prospects in some of the world's most successful B2B technology companies as potential new clients.You'll apply strategic thinking and relationship building to help get marketing executives on board to solve their go to market challenges. You will understand their key initiatives, align SAPInsiders global membership, publishing, events and digital services to sell to existing accounts.The Senior Sales Executive is a high energy sales professional who manages a dedicated set of existing spending accounts and winback accounts from previous years.The role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. What You Will DoOwn a dedicated territory of over 40 named accounts with 30% YoY revenue growth.Build deep spending relationships with key marketing executives in every named account including: CMO, VP, Directors and Managers of Event Marketing, Advertising, Lead Generation, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Field Marketing and Market Intelligence.Conduct continuous lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying. Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling).Educate prospective clients on the value of SAPInsider's renowned Global ACE (awareness-consideration-engagement) services and events.Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to create customized plans for each account in your sales territories, with a goal of exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual new logo sales targets.Coordinate internal staff to ensure the right individuals are present to support a prospective client on the issuechallenge to be discussed during the sales pitch call andor sales presentation.Assure 100% client renewal and upsell with routine ongoing client relationship management.What You Will GetExtensive support and training: work closely with and learn from colleagues, mentors, and managers.Make an impact: the ability to do deliver meaningful sales growth all while learning marketing and sales executives' priorities.Meet great people: collaborate with like-minded, goal-oriented peers and mentors who are always there to help.Be empowered: join an organization that allows associates to reach their full potential in a merit based environment built on accountable performance.Have fun: socialize with all the global SAPinsider team members.Travel: Attend one or more of the many annual SAPinsider events and work directly with the global membership.Fuel your future: develop your skill set as you look ahead to your future career.What You Will NeedDegree candidates preferred (all majors welcome)Relevant work in sales, Hunter, Account Growth and Account Executive, rolesUnderstanding of B2B technology marketingUnmatched ability to establish credibility with senior-level executivesVarsity-level communication, writing, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to plan and prioritize daily tasksresponsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to work well under pressureCompensationThe Senior Sales Executive enjoys a competitive base salary and an aggressive 4% commission on all sales up to annual plan and a 7% over plan commission accelerator with an uncapped income potential.
