We are recruiting a CIS Sales (Hunter) in BFSI domain for our client, who will play a crucial role in their growth journey. We are seeking an experienced Sales (Hunter) to join the CIS (Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security) sales team in the NJ region. Role: Cloud, Infrastructure and Security (CIS) business - Sales (Hunter)Location: NJTerm: Fulltime-Permanent JOB:CIS Sales- Hunter (in BFSI domain)Experience: Minimum 12 Years of Experience in a technology services company builds software that drives our customers business, delivering digital business acceleration and enterprise modernization for businesses across industries and geographies and on an exponential growth path to be a $ 1B revenue company. We are recruiting a Hunter who will be responsible for leading sales activities in hisher respective region for our Cloud, Infrastructure and Security (CIS) business primarily driven by cloud migrationcloud adoption and Infrastructure solution. This role is for you is you are passionate about the innovation economy, love to dabble in next gen technologies and excited about the future that technology is shaping - Product Engineering, Cloud, Mobility, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain. This is a quota carrying role and responsibilities will include lead generation, prospecting, identifying, qualifying and creating opportunities and selling client's cloud services incl. cloud migration, cloud onboarding, cloud security to Banking and Finance enterprises. Key to the role is to inspire customers on their digital transformation software driven business journey and how client could play an integral part in that journey. Thinking out of the box and demonstrating the art of the possible is key to this role. Have Demonstrable experience of selling engineering solutions to BFSI Industry. Have a successful track record of opening new logos Have Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets. Are able to communicate with and build relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, CXO[1]1,CXO-2 and CXO-3 levels) Key Responsibilities include Identify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across both IT and LOBs in enterprises in both new and existing accounts Consultatively identify requirements and propose solutions to customers Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation Customer solution selling that could include software licenses for client and partner solution and services Job Description for ClS Sales 2 Building and Managing a strong Sales Pipeline Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, and external partners Partner with sales and channel organizations of software vendor(s) partners driving joint demand generation and jointly closing license and services revenue Attributes: • BABS Degree (MBA Preferred) • Hustler who believes in getting things done both internally and for the customer Passion and commitment for customer success Hands-on with demos and proposals Enterprise wide solution selling capabilities Excellent, context-specific communication and presentation skills Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills; strong desire to take on constructive feedbackcoaching and make definitive changes Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies Technology understanding of development platforms, data integration, API centric with understanding of SMAC technologies Enterprise solution sales experience Demonstrated success in an individual contributor sales role for a product or services organization working with enterprises Experience working with offshore presales and delivery teams is desirable Track record of opening new logos Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets. Experience of selling digital product engineering services and solutions. Excellent Relationship Building Skills.
