Responsibility to include, but not limited to establish a clear strategyprotocol on how to grow and expand profitable new media related opportunities. This candidate must have extensive banking experience in sales, business development, credit structuringunderwriting and portfoliorisk management responsibility.Utilizes a high degree of creativity and independence in developing and managing a large portfolio of diverse and complex banking relationships in the New Media GroupActs as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank in developing and retaining business.Demonstrates solid product and operational knowledge.Possesses excellent corporate finance knowledge depending on the diversity of the portfolio.Utilizes excellent negotiation and closing skills.Responsible for attaining established individual, department, and Bank financial goalsCoordinate the entire application process.Create CCR Memos for Credit Department.Perform underwriting and forecasting for all loansPromote high quality technology loan customer service and related activitiesDevelop relationships with real estate professionals and other business referral sources in order to locate creditworthiness prospects for loans.Bachelor's degree in finance, management or a related pletion to a corporate or other formal credit training program is preferredDiverse underwriting, credit structuring, and bank product knowledgeMust have demonstrated track record to sell and build relationships with C-level executivesDemonstrate high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building and execution of responsibilitiesPossess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsHave the flexibility to travelBe a critical thinker, capable of developing strategy and making recommendations to management for advancement of bank's objectives10+ years of relevant business experience in the new media, ad tech industry preferred.Demonstrate high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building and execution of responsibilitiesPossess proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation pensationThe base pay range for this position is USD $175,000.00Yr. - USD $250,000.00Yr.
