Yorktown Realty Capital is looking to add a May 2025 graduate to join our team as an Analyst supporting the origination team. Start date will be Summer 2025. Company Overview:Yorktown Realty Capital (YRC) is a Dallas-based debt originator who partners with homebuilders, land developers, and investors to finance the acquisition, recapitalization, construction, and development for residential and multi-unit projects nationwide.Position Summary:Yorktown Realty Capital is looking to hire an analyst to support our originations team. The ideal candidate will help YRC identify new lending opportunities and monitor our existing portfolio of real estate investment loans. To assist with these efforts, you will conduct client acquisition activities, develop financial models, and help close loan opportunities for the homebuilding community.Responsibilities:-Assist the associates with initial due diligence and underwriting requirements-Conduct market research on the company's geographic focus-Model and analyze each new loan opportunity for the producers.-Negotiate with various capital partners including private lenders, banks, institutional funds, agency lenders, and life insurance companies.-Create new relationships with lenders to help enhance access to capital.-Manage and monitor the performance of portfolio loans.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree required in finance, real estate, or related field.-Strong communication skills.-Excellent multitasking skills.-Must have knowledge of investment real estate pensation: -Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus + 100% Company paid Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Premiums.
