The right candidate will have experience building pipeline across multiple channels for a fast-growing SaaS company. Here's what you'll be doing: Building lists of prospects that exactly match our ICPIdentifying the right contacts to targetUncovering insights about prospects that can be used to tailor outreachDeveloping and running cadences that span email, cold calling and socialAssigning leads to Account ExecutivesUpdating and maintaining our CRMShadowing AEs on discovery meetings and product demos to get smart on our sales process and prepare yourself for a move into a closing roleConstantly refining our SDR playbookAchieving and exceeding pipeline creation targets and other key sales metrics. The Must Haves6+ month of experience as an SDR at a fast-growing SaaS companyProven track record of meeting and beating pipeline creation quotasConfidence to book meetings across multiple channels An inquisitive and collaborative approach that will allow you to understand prospect pain pointsA scrappy, can-do attitude and a flexibility to adapt to the constant twists and turns that characterize startup lifeFluency with the tools you'll need to run your job effectively (CRM, prospecting tools, cadencing tools, data enrichment tools etc).Knowledge of commercial real estate a major plus; interest in commercial real estate a must!
