We offer innovative solutions to optimize energy consumption and lower expenses for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at QUANTUM ENERGY SOLUTIONS. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their energy needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. While the role is based in Houston, TX, some remote work is allowed to accommodate flexibility.QualificationsSales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skillsKnowledge of the energy industry and energy efficiency solutionsEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience in B2B sales or account management is a plusProven track record in sales or business developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesAbility to meet and exceed sales targetsIdeally but not required Knowledge of the energy industry and energy efficiency practicesSelf-motivated and drivenAbility to work independently and remotelyIdeally but not required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
