Project ManagerMUST be local to New York City. Hybrid Schedule at least 3 days onsiteSalary Range: up to $170kNo SponsorshipIn this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the assigned large programs, following the company PMO (APMO) guidelines within the determined timeline. You will facilitate communications with multiple stakeholders to achieve the target as a team. This is all done within the confines of the company's governance structure, goals and vision.Target program can be the local NY program or HO related programs, working as a liaison with HO counterparts.As Project Manager you will lead a cross functional team to ensure all project requirements are on schedule and on track. You will plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of specific projects. You will submit project deliverables, prepare status reports and effective project communication plans.Project promotion methodologies used include either Agile or Waterfall, or a blend of both. PM should have the capability to plan, execute and promote manage projects based on the agreed project promotion methodologies.Responsibilities:Project ManagementDetermine and define project scope and objectivesEvaluate and refine technical project proposals, planning and defining all stages of a projectPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resourcesLead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules (WBS)Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planIdentify, resolve and track project issuesPrepare project status reports aligned with project governance standardsCoordination of change requestsLead project based on Critical and Logical ThinkingPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs against allocated budgetProvide project updates to various stakeholders based on agreed cadenceManage relationship and contracts with vendors and suppliersManages the relationship and communications with key stakeholders across IT and BusinessUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionLead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverablesConduct post-project evaluationEnsure development of PPD (Project Plan Document) and take a lead to obtain necessary approvalsSupport and execute UAT plan and test cases. Provide required support for UAT execution.Develop all mandatory documents to align with governance and reporting requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience andor education required8-12 years of project management andor IT planning and related experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredProven ability to solve problems creativelyStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsDetailed understanding of project management and risk control methodologiesExcellent at organizing project documents including verbalwritten communication skillsDetailed understanding of project management and risk control methodologiesProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, JIRAExcellent verbal written communication skills among project members including senior managementsMust be fluent in English
