This is an exciting time to join the company and be part of the next.About the Role Looking for an Senior Account Executive based in New York City to manage Majors and Specialty Accounts. We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and passionate candidate who knows and loves the contemporary market. Responsibilities will include understanding our customers objectives, building strong relationships, growing existing account base, and generating new business. The candidate must analyze forecast, and project seasonalannual account sales goals. This position is responsible for managing all facets of the sales process within their established omni retail channels. This candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through active selling. Merchandising, and in-depth understanding of each individual business while maintaining Brand integrity. Must achieve sales goals annually through strong account management.Responsibilities Manage all aspects of retail partnership and product assortment plan to maximize retail performancePrepare annual seasonal Sales projections by account, and review opportunities for season over season growth and ensure meeting overall sales goalsManage and analyze 6-month flows based on buyer's sales plans, by door plans, and vendor margin plansRequest future season salesreceipt plans to ensure consistent growth season to seasonRetrieve and report sales performance weeklymonthlyseasonallyAnalyze weekly style selling to communicate retail trends, sales performance, and competitive market positionPrepare for appointments with detailed prep sheets, style selling history, specific door performance, seasonal selling trends, and all strategies needed to hit sales targetsMaintain and foster close professional relationships with all retailer partners to generate new sales, inclusive of creative event ideas, eblasts to create the most Brand visibilityObtain necessary authorizations to maintain order integrity (order confirmations, modifications, discounts, rtvswaps, terms etc.)Collaborate with VP of SalesVisual MerchandisingMarketing and buying team to generate new sales programs: in store incentives, selling contest, event ideas, and email blasts to create REBECCA MINKOFF buzzProvide weekly status updates to VP of Sales, discuss needs, challenges, and where we are to goal expectationsCoordinate special requests from accounts with design and productionWork with buyer to approve advertising vehicles each seasonTrack replenishment, and update assortments when appropriate to maximize real estate and performance.
