The Adecco Group | Product Configuration Specialist

We are recruiting for a Product Configuration Specialist to document, manage and control product lifecycle, ensuring that all design, engineering, and manufacturing changes are properly reviewed, meets regulations, approved, and documented. Specifically, this position will: Oversee the creation, revision, accuracy, and approval of engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation for the product line.Ensure strategic alignment and consistent tactical support, including facilitating and coordinating with Change Management Initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant aerospace industry standards, such as AS9100, and government regulations.Generate and analyze reports related to configuration management activities, including change requests, configuration status, and audit findings.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of configuration management processes. Ideally, candidates should possess: Strong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and tools.Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.Proficiency with configuration management software and tools; ERP and PLM system experience Ability to write and read English.Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in configuration management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.Professional certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII) is a plus.
