The Facility Management Coordinator within the LX Pantos Warehouse Infrastructure Team will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, operations, and improvement of the warehouse facilities. The role requires a strong focus on facility management, including the coordination of resources, ensuring safety standards, and managing vendors to maintain the efficiency and safety of warehouse operations. Coordinator's responsibilities will include communicating with real estate brokers and vendors, managing project budgets and resources.Key Responsibilities:Facility Operations Management:Oversee daily operations of the warehouse infrastructure, including the building, electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, and other critical utilities.Ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed to avoid facility downtime and disruptions.Vendor and Contractor Coordination:Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors (e.g., cleaning services, HVAC maintenance, security systems.Monitor vendor performance, ensure they meet service level agreements, and resolve any issues or disputes.Safety and Compliance:Enforce adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., OSHA, fire safety standards).Coordinate fire prevention and maintain appropriate records for safety inspections and certifications.Budget and Cost Control:Develop and manage the facility's maintenance budget, ensuring cost-efficient operations.Facility Improvement Projects:Plan and oversee facility upgrades and renovations to enhance operational efficiency or accommodate new business requirements.Collaborate with the operation team to prioritize and manage capital improvement projects.Ensure that improvements are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, and service agreements.Assist in the preparation of reports for upper management regarding facility management operations.Team Collaboration and Communication:Act as the point of contact between the Infrastructure team and other teamdepartments, ensuring effective communication regarding facility needs.Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that operational disruptions are minimized and facility issues are resolved promptly.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or operations, ideally in a warehouse or industrial setting.Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and warehouse infrastructure.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance munication Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.Ability to write clear reports and anizational Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Ability to prioritize and manage urgent facility-related issues promptly.Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to quickly assess facility issues and find solutions to minimize disruptions to operations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in warehouse or logistics facility management (± 3 years of experience).Familiarity with using facility management software and tools.Bi-lingual candidate fluent in both English & Korean
