They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist with experience in order-to-cash processes, billing case management in Salesforce, and customer relationship management. Rate Range: $25hour to $30hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Role: Department Support SpecialistLocation: Houston, TXDuration: 12+ Months Location: Houston, TX or(On-site one day a week - WednesdayPosition Overview:They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist with experience in order-to-cash processes, billing case management in Salesforce, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, proven expertise in handling Tier 2 escalations, and a commitment to addressing customer needs effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage and resolve billing cases within Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.Handle Tier 2 escalations with professionalism, providing solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.Work closely with cash systems to ensure smooth processing of payments and account reconciliation.Accurately capture, process, and fulfill customer orders as part of the order-to-cash cycle.Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure an outstanding customer experience.Maintain organized records and update customer information in Salesforce and other tools as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in order-to-cash processes and billing case management.Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.Hands-on experience with cash systems.Demonstrated ability to handle escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and exhibit a high level of attention to detail.Equal Opportunity EmployerVeteransDisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
