Job Title: Process Planner Specialist Work Location: Mesa, AZ-USAKey ResponsibilitiesProcess Planning:Create and optimize process plans for Catia V5 manufacturing operations in the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) environment.Use DELMIA Apriso to simulate, validate, and optimize production workflows, ensuring resource efficiency and reduced cycle times.Use Apriso for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tasks, enabling real-time tracking and management of production processes.Drive efficiency and quality improvements using simulation and analytics tools in DELMIA and Apriso.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to integrate new processes and ensure alignment with design intent.Desired Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in MechanicalIndustrialProduction Engineering.Nationality: US Nationality is mandatory for this position to perform EAR ITAR work.Experience: 5 to 8 years in process planning, work instruction development, or related manufacturing roles.Proven experience in Catia V5 with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform, particularly DELMIA and Apriso.Technical Skills:Proficiency in DELMIA for process simulation, digital manufacturing, and work instruction creation.Experience with Apriso for MES tasks, including real-time production monitoring and reporting.Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, Lean principles, and Six Sigma practices.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
