Job Title:Senior Analytics Manager - Digital Marketing AnalyticsLocation:San Francisco, CA (2-3 days per week in-office)About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Manager specializing in Digital Marketing Analytics to join our team in the BankingFinTech industry. This is a critical role, requiring a blend of technical expertise, industry experience, and leadership capabilities. You will lead a team of 5 offshore members and provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing performance across paid search, paid social, addressable digital, and website analytics.Role and Responsibilities:Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level teracts regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure and communicate solutions and ensure client satisfaction with strong business driving resultsExtremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with client's data IT teams to resolve issuesUse variety of analytical tools (SQL, SAS, Python, GA, Heap, Optimizely, Excel, Tableau) to carry out analysis and drive conclusionsLeads project teams of 3-6 consultants or more, and or Team Lead and Analysts in all aspects of project executionWork closely with client marketing teams to solve complex problems in digital marketing analytics (Paid Search, Paid Social, Addressable Digital, Website, SEO) Manages team members, including definition of objectives, oversight of execution and evaluation of performanceProvides thought leadership and delivers business insights to identify and resolve complex issues critical to their clients' successManages communication between senior EXL partners and clients to update project progress and solicit feedback on project deliverablesCandidate Profile:6+ years of experience comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design and client management Preferred experience in marketing analytics in banking industry in the following fields:Experience running analytics for search engine marketing, paid social, search engine optimization, AB testing, website traffic, funnel conversion, marketing attribution and customer behaviorTechnical proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, optimizely, tableau, heap, SQLDemonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skillsExcellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer scienceengineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BABS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
