Position: Cloud EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain DevOps automation and tools, ensuring maintainability and scalability for a large-scale mesh cloud environment. You will play a critical role in analyzing requirements, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to existing cloud systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and automate backend cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, EKS).Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python and Ansible.Create tooling for automation and streamline cloud operations (not just system monitoring).Support and optimize Linux-based systems, including shell scripting and Unix commands.Utilize CICD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for build and deployment processes.This is a hands-on development role requiring scripting, automation, and tool-building expertise.Skills Required:AWS: Expertise in EC2, EKS, and cloud infrastructure.Automation: Hands-on experience with Python scripting and Ansible.Cloud Engineering Background: Proven experience in building and automating cloud-based systems.Additional Skills:Strong LinuxUnix knowledge (AMI Linux instances).Familiarity with shell scripting and system management.Experience with CICD tools like Jenkins.Knowledge of Terraform is a plus but not required.What you need to know about usWe are Connectors.
