As a Zuma Pastry Sous Chef, you are responsible for supporting the Head Pastry Chef; by providing a highly efficient and effective service while ensuring that all financial and statutory requirements are met and supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service. This role will oversee a team of pastry cooks and ensure the seamless execution of desserts on our menu. Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style.
