We attract ambitious individuals who operate in unique ways while upholding exceptional craftsmanship and excellence.THE ROLEAs a Collection Merchandising Assistant, Women's you will play a vital role in supporting the Merchandising team in the creation, organization, and execution of women's seasonal collections. You will work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure the collection aligns with brand aesthetics, market trends, and commercial objectives. This position requires a passion for luxury fashion, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.Primary Responsibilities1. Collection Development Support:Assist in the preparation of product assortments and collection plansSupport the preparation of trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform collection decisions2. Market Research & Analysis:Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunitiesWeekly and ad-hoc sell-out analysis as needed & sell-in analysis at the end of marketConduct regular competitor analysis, focusing on product offering, pricing, and market positioning3. Showroom Coordination:Coordination with commercial teams of product shots for the showroom purchasing platform: product listings, shooting guidelines, & coordination of photo retouching.Assist in the creation of line opening assets, including training decks and marketing imagery.Preparation of the showroom purchasing platform in conjunction with the Sales department: pricing, writing of product descriptions, and overall verification of information shared on the platform.4. Communication & Collaboration:Liaise between Design, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from concept to product launchAssist in the preparation and organization of internal and external meetings, including collection presentationsCoordinate with global retail teams to gather feedback on product performance and market needs.5. Administrative Support:Manage and follow the collection calendar to coordinate milestone meetings and ket touch anize and update merchandising archives and databasesProvide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and cross-functional projectsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEBachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field1-2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or a similar role, preferably in luxury fashionStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insightsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with PLM systems is a plusExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsPassion for luxury fashion and an understanding of market trends and consumer behaviorWHAT WE OFFER YOUCompetitive compensation. Salary Range is $60,000 - $64,350 + target bonus.
