Meet is currently partnered with a Clinical-Stage Biotech Company that has an opening for a VP Medical Director to lead their Immuno-Oncology department. This would be with a small-close knit team, allowing for great career advancement with opportunity to be cross-functional to work on projects you prefer.Job ResponsibilitiesExecuting and delivering of the clinical development plan while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Accountable for developing drugs effectively and safely as well as being accountable for study medicalsafety aspects and risk terpret and Assess medical data to identify possible data integrity issues and patient safety alongside acting as the main contact for studypatient safety aspect.Protocol responsibility and responsibility to perform the protocol review.Responsibility to act within advisory boards and to act as senior management.Supervising mentoring multiple studies.Job QualificationsAn MD is required.5+ years of experience and a successful track record in clinical drug development in Immunology or OncologyEarly phase is preferred but not required.Expertise within issues related to trial design and performance of Immunology clinical trials.Knowledge in the scientific and mechanistic aspects within drug development.Familiarity of FDA guidelines, policies, and laws.Excellent communication skills and comfortability in working in matrix environment.Proven leadership skills as an individual contributor or team leader.
