LaSalle Network is partnered with a well-established mid-size law firm who is looking to add an IT Service Manager to join the team. This individual will be handling all internal IT requests, as well as managing the relationship with different vendors, including the MSP they utilize. This is an on-site role, and requires the ability to be on-site in Chicago, IL. IT Service Manager ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily IT operations to ensure services meet established standards, including monitoring performance, managing incidents, and ensuring service availability and reliabilityBuild and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to uphold service level agreements and address any issues that ariseCoordinate responses to IT incidents and problems with service providers to identify root causes and minimize impact on business operations for timely resolutionAssist in designing, configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop and laptop asset management and imaging with service providersManage changes to IT services and infrastructure with minimal disruption to business operations, assessing potential impact and implementing changes in a controlled mannerMonitor and report on IT service performance, creating reports to drive continuous improvement.Provide support for off-site computers, laptops, printers, telephones, and smartphonesServe as the main point of contact for internal users and external partnersvendors regarding IT services to ensure high levels of satisfaction, address concerns, and proactively communicate about service disruptions or changesDevelop IT service management tools and provide training for internal users to promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence IT Service Manager Requirements:Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and services, with familiarity in IT infrastructure library and best practicesExperience with iManage, ProLaw, and other standard Law firm IT toolsProficient in project management to oversee IT service delivery projects from start to finishEffective problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes, develop solutions, and make informed decisionsCritical thinking abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issuesBachelor's degree in Information Technology ManagementExperience with iManage Cloud preferredPrior experience in IT within a law firm highly desired If you're ready to make an impact in a part-time role with a growing team, apply today!
