A prominent Family Office office in New York City is seeking a sophisticated, experienced real estate rental leasing professional. This role would report to the CEO and other members of Senior Management.Responsibilities:Respond to general inquiries via phone and email from prospective tenants as well as brokersagents.Set upmanage showing appointments with prospective tenants as well as brokersagents.Show apartmentstour buildings with prospective tenants as well as brokersterface with property managementconstruction department to ensure all units on the marketbeing shown are up to company standards.Ensure that all units are being marketed correctly and clearly.Work on new leaseslease renewals etc. to ensure all agreementsarrangements are correct and clear.Research and incorporate new marketing ideasconcepts such as new or different websitesMLS databases or new technologies that can be used.Track leasing activity such as active dealsvacanciesrenewalsdays on marketprice points etc.Work with multiple departments on a variety of special projects.Qualifications:2+ years of leasing experience in NYC; experience from a top brokerage firm is preferredApplicants must be mature and high energyStrong verbal and written communication skillsTech savvy with strong marketing and social media experienceDetail-oriented and organizedProfessional demeanor
