Job Description- Systems AnalystThe candidate for this position will be a key member of a diverse team working on a series of investment related applications utilizing various technologies. The candidate will be responsible to support all phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing maintenance.The successful candidate will have a background in the financial services industry, with experience delivering in-house and third-party IT solutions to meet business stakeholders needs.This position requires an individual with strong analytical, programming, problem solving, organizational, and technical writing skills who must be able to work on complex projects with minimal guidance.QualificationsExperience working with derivative and collateral management systems,Strong customer focus with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholdersKnowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, a plusComfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-learner, motivated and driven to achieve optimal results for the teamTeam player with excellent interpersonal, motivational, and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving and analysis capabilitiesFamiliar with how to assess technical architecture, people and skill sets to plan and execute business changes through the effective use of technologyRequirementsBachelor's degree10+ years of experience in the financial services industryExperience working with Summit applicationExperience working with Oracle, c++,Experience with Linux, scripting language (ksh), Autosys a plusExperience working with Calypso applications, a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsE xperience delivering in-house and third-party IT solutions to meet business stakeholders needs
