Insight Global | Treasury Analyst

Location: 4 days in office (3 minute walk from Grand central station)Compensation: 125-140k total Must Haves:-3-5 years of treasury and financial services experience-Experience working with Oracle-Experience working with JPM Access-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Plusses:-Experience working with Kyriba or a similar treasury management tool An employer is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their team out of midtown Manhattan onsite 4x per week. This person will join the newly created "brainchild" of two well established private equity firms--this new company will be focused on the fixed annuity space of life insurance. The Financial Analyst will report into the Treasurer and will be responsible for assisting in the management and analysis of the company's financial resources to ensure optimal liquidity, risk management, and financial planning. This person will provide data driven insights to support the company's financial health and strategic initiatives. Heshe will monitor the daily cash flow, forecast short and long term cash requirements, and optimize cash management processes and systems to reduce inefficiencies. Additionally, they will execute and monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in all treasury functions. Heshe will identify and mitigate financial risks and conduct financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
