You'll collaborate with internal departments, work directly with customers and vendors, and contribute to streamlining operations for maximum efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Manager and team, ensuring smooth sales operationsPartner with both internal and external teams to drive seamless communication and collaborationPrioritize and manage agendas for daily quotes and APQP meetingsMaintain the quote database and ensure on-time performance reportingOversee tooling and engineered material quote databasesSupport the Sales Department with engineering, technical, and administrative tasksCreate detailed cost estimators in coordination with Sales and AccountingAssist with populating customer forms and providing tool engineering cost breakdownsMaintain active communication with vendors and customers to support ongoing needsTake on additional duties as assigned by your supervisorThis role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within an industry-leading company.
