We are in search of a high-energy, motivated, and experienced sales consultant to grow assigned sales territory.Job Responsibilities Qualifications:Responsible for territory achieving monthly sales and new business goalsDevelop and execute goal planning, incentives, and events to grow existing accountsOpen new doors though prospecting and managing a pipeline of potential new customersEffectively present promotions, and business education to close salesAbility to analyze sales reports to strategically plan for opportunities within account baseActively respond to customers' needs in a timely fashionCreate an effective territory route through time blocking and meeting pre-planningAttend company meeting and education events (virtually or in person)Requirements: Capability to build strong rapport with potential and existing clientsSavvy with using social media to connectComfortable with "camera on" virtual meetingsWilling and able to present to large groupsExcited about fashion, trends, and all things beautyMust have a reliable form of transportation and valid insuranceBasic computer skills are necessary (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience: B2B salesRetail sales knowledgeKnowledge of SalonBeauty Industry is a plusBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceEmployee discountsWork Location: On the road
