The CVO Specialist will be responsible for providing privileging or licensing support to client, facilities, boards, groups and clinicians. The CVO Specialist will validate and review the professional qualifications of a clinician to practice medicine in their field to meet NCQA and LT standards and the client's business model. This role is accountable for the initial and renewal for credentialing, privileging, reinstatement, andor update of licensing type services such as DEA and CSR as requested by our clients. The Specialist will also process files for our clients conducted by the medical authority (MSO at the hospital) or licensing board to determine whether to grant privileges andor a license to a clinician to engage in specific clinical activity or procedures at a particular facility.DUTIES:Process Privileging or Licensing Requests - 100%Processes privileging or licensing files according to the client's andor board's standardsPerforms all documentation tasks on a privileging or licensing fileUpdates database for every file with the most current informationActs as a liaison between the client, clinician, andor appropriate state boardResolves or appropriately escalates inquiries and concernsProactively communicates information and updates to Production, CVO partners, and ManagementPartners with the facility or group to resolve outstanding items to complete the file processQUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred1+ years of related experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESAbility to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all timesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsWorking knowledge of PDF editing softwareWorking knowledge of SalesforceAbility to build relationships at all levels - internally and externallyStrong customer service mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong communication skills - both oral and writtenAbility to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentialitySolid critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyJackson Healthcare and its family of companies is an EEOAA Employer.
