As a Sales Manager at you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence in the Ready-Mix space. You will be responsible for prospecting, conducting demo presentations, and converting cold outreach into warm leads. You will engage in social selling, creating a strong network and online presence to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Achieving annual sales targets will be a key focus, with regular follow-ups on individual and team progress. Additionally, occasional travel will be required to meet business needs. Your key responsibilities include: Identifying potential customers and create new business opportunities.Conducting product demonstrations to showcase the value of solutions.Converting cold leads into warm prospects through targeted outreach.Developing and maintaining your own customer portfolio.Managing and updating CRM systems (HubSpot), build lists, and conduct customer research.What We're Looking For:Experience from construction material industries or similarExperience from sales in concrete ready mix or aggregates .Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French) are a bonusComfortable using digital tools and platformsExperience in HubSpot is a plusDrivers license is a requirementOther than that we see that you are outgoing, self-driven and responsible. You like to work towards KPI:s and are goal oriented. You also have a knowledge of the market and a proactive approach to work. A long sales experience is not necessarily the most important part; we value your knowledge about heavy industries. You have a genuine interest in offering these industries a tool to make their workplaces safer.
