Seeking a new Sales Director to grow, maintain and grow existing relationships, drive sales of existing and new products reporting to Fluigent at our Massachusetts based facility.embark in a company in connection with current societal issues (medicine for all, environment)whose value proposition is centered on the technological innovation at the service of our customersbe a key actor in the conquest of new markets and the rapid growth of the companyjoin a passionate collective, composed of a mosaic of skills & cultures, at the image of our customersin a friendly and demanding work environmentIt's a new role to accelerate our growth in Americas Responsibilities:Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer (based in France), you will be responsible for Americas (North South America and Canada) identifying, evaluating, and creating new business opportunities for Fluigent in Research Market and Supporting existing OEM Business.As Sales Director you will be THE key Leader to manage or coordinate all business covering these areas. Your main objective will be to increase revenue and achieve Fluigent's sales targets by developing existing customers and winning new customers. This involves implementing local operational plans and building strong relationships with key leads in these countries, while ensuring effective management of existing clients by offering them new solutions.You will manage all people in Sales Team in Americas (2 people as Technical Sales Manager)Your responsibilities will include:Assessing the situation and results and proposing improvements and action planMaintaining and developing existing customersIdentifying new business opportunities by analyzing the market and trendsProspecting and following up new leads and opportunitiesManage Sales Team based in our Subsidiary based in Chelmsford MAMonitoring and analyzing sales performanceConversion rates... in CRM (HubSpot)Participating in defining and implementing business plans & Forecast aligned with the company's strategyIn coordination with marketing team (based in France) to generate campaignsManage and grow the Pipeline of projects in the assigned region.
