This role includes developing high-quality menus for dining outlets, banquets, and special events while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation. The Executive Chef will foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and ensure alignment with the Club's operational goals.Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a private club, resort, or similar setting. They should demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, creativity in menu development, and expertise in food preparation and cost management.
