In 2023 we gained our first customer and have been growing rapidly ever since! With our growth and excellent product market fit we are looking to expand our team!What We Are Looking For:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our hardworking team in Austin, TX! This position will be an in office position with opportunity to transition to hybrid in the future. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships is essential. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and uphold our commitment to superior service. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to our team's success, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Have strong organizational and pipeline management skills to update CRM (Salesforce) regularlyBe data driven in your approach to selling in order to quantify value to our customersOur customer is busy and on to go so you must be comfortable and having experience selling into a busy marketIdentify new business opportunities and generate leads through daily cold calling (50+ day) email cadences, networking events and outreach efforts. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectivesConduct sales presentations via web conference and in person Track and analyze sales data to provide insights into performance and areas for improvementPrepare and deliver sales reports and weekly forecasts to management on a timely basisAchieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI'sManage the sales cycle from prospect to close with support from MarketingOccasional travel to industry events, trade shows and onsite prospect meetings Requirements:3+ years of proven experience in a sales or role preferably in a B2B environmentStrong understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clientsAbility to collaborate within the sales team and cross-functionally with other teams Demonstrated ability to be a problem solver, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced settingA results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goalsExperience managing full-cycle sales from prospect to closeWould Love to See:A successful track record at a software startup companyStrong transactional closer and experience closing SMB and Mid MarketExperience selling into commercial services industrySalesforce experience Benefits:OTE of $130k-$160k annuallyCompetitive salary with uncapped commissionHappy hours and fun team events!Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous paid time off and flexible work scheduleOpportunities for professional development and career advancement
