Salary is 135k to 145k + bonusLooking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team with a strong background in public accounting and a deep understanding of compliance and audit processes. This role will require you to manage complex programs across global teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting the development and execution of audit strategies within a multinational environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage global programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Oversee and implement compliance and audit initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper execution and adherence to industry standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and within budget.Provide strategic guidance and expertise to senior leadership on program risks, compliance challenges, and audit results.Foster effective communication and collaboration with global teams, ensuring smooth program execution across different regions.Qualifications & Experience:Strong program management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex projects.Strong background in public accounting with a deep understanding of compliance and audit processes.Experience working in a global setting, managing programs across multiple geographies and time zones.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive program success.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
