This position offers a base salary between $50k - $60k with bonus opportunity Incentive Plan: Performance-based incentives tied to lead generation, appointments, and sales, with potential additional earnings ranging from $50,000 to $200,000. There is no cap on earning potential, with theoretical annual earnings between $100,000 and $300,000.1. Market Research and Lead IdentificationIdentify target industries, such as property management companies, industrial facilities, or retail complexes.Research and evaluate potential clients needing roof maintenance, repair, or inspection services.Monitor local market trends, including weather impacts and building regulations, to anticipate roofing needs.2. Client Relationship DevelopmentBuild strong, lasting relationships with facility managers, general contractors, and real estate developers.Maintain regular communication with past and current clients to secure repeat business.Understand client needs and offer tailored roofing service solutions.3. Promoting Service ProjectsHighlight the company's expertise in repair, maintenance, and service programs, such as preventative maintenance plans.Educate prospects on the benefits of long-term service agreements to extend roof lifespan and reduce costs.Conduct presentations or lunch-and-learns for decision-makers.4. Proposal Development and SalesCollaborate with estimators to prepare accurate, competitive proposals for service projects.Negotiate service contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.Ensure timely follow-ups to secure contracts.5.
