The successful candidate will support project leaders by providing construction expertise of our core services, including estimation, procurement, cost planning and more. These functions should be performed while generating a high standard of service, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing, and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider. Qualified candidates should also possess a strong desire to lead, mentor and develop a successful teamResponsibilities:Managing projects to completion (including qualification) on time and within budgetCoordinating all necessary resources through end of projectsCoordinating update of project schedulesUndertaking responsibility for project management and financial management of projectsExecuting scope of work with minimum interruption to existing facility operationsReporting project progress and risksReporting to client's senior project managersActively participating in project coordination, contractor and scheduling meetingsCoordinating projects with all the necessary health and safety requirementsCoordinating development of project cost estimates at different funding gatesWorking with purchasing group to obtain pricing from contractors, vendors and suppliersLiaising with clients, end-users and non-construction persons within client's organizationRequirements:Ten+ years' experience in managing complex industrial andor tech manufacturing projects.Experience in directly managing equipment installation or tool installation projectsStrong knowledge of Mechanical systemsExperience in smaller tenant improvements a bonusExperience in stakeholder management with the ability to handle multiple projects at a timeAbility to coordinate the construction of projects in accordance with plans, specifications and current standardsregulationsAbility to work with minimal supervisionGood understanding of Microsoft toolsGood time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloadGood technical writing, client-facing and communication skillsWell-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astutePMP or similar qualifications an advantageExperience in using Smartsheet a preference
