Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and support the identification, integration, and use of Strata's next asset performance management platform and advanced analytics toolsetsDevelop, implement, and maintain asset management key performance indicator dashboards and reports synchronizing operational and financial performanceEstablish new tools and frameworks for categorizing, analyzing, and prioritizing emergent corrective maintenance repairs resulting in optimized connectivity to budgets, forecasts, and project performanceSupport Asset Management's lead in developing Strata's first legacy asset repowering framework and analytical toolset Education andor Work Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, business analytics, or similarMinimum of 2 years relevant experience within the energy spaceExperience and proficiency with data extractionETL tools SQL, Python, and similarExperience and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and similarStrong project management and financial acumen a mustExcellent written and verbal communications skills with advanced levels of emotional intelligence and excellent stakeholder managementSuccessful experience working in dynamic, agile, and data-driven teams within a KPI andor OKR environment Physical RequirementsWork Environment:Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the entire duration of aAbility to wear full complement of personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting sites isWork in-person at Strata's North Carolina HQ (Durham).Work is performed primarily in an office environment with visits to assigned sites.
