This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a greenfield development project to design and develop a low-latency, electronic trading platform for US rates. In this role, you will work directly with trading and quantitative teams to build and deliver new trading capabilities and services leveraging modern technologies and architectures. Responsibilities:Work with business and technology partners to design and develop a new architecture for our low-latency electronic trading platform including both production and research elementsImplement initial key components of the platform and drive the implementation to the delivery of a minimum viable productAfter initial delivery, work with our partners to continually improve the platformProvide technical guidance and mentor the development teamApply best-in-breed software tools and techniques to maintain and improve code and system quality, flexibility, and securityParticipate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle from analysis through support.
