We are a small, close-knit team where titles are less important and client service is paramount.ABOUT YOU: successful candidates will be self-propelled, attentive to detail, not afraid of math, and interested in learning. Since there is a significant learning curve, our firm intends to make a real investment in training the right person to join our team for the long term. The job involves all aspects of our legal practice (other than actually giving legal advice!)ABOUT THE JOB: Typical functions include Excel-based information management, invoice management, ensuring accuracy of firm processes, and attorney and client support.We are looking for a long term relationship; we look at this role as a career, not merely a job. We count on our business manager to be an invaluable asset to our firm, and we are seeking a candidate who not only does what is asked, but takes initiative, proactively solves problems and considers the perspectives of internal clients (our legal team) and external clients (our current and prospective clients).
