Position reports to the supervisor of Chemical Production.Principle DutiesResponsibilities Assembling and packaging solution products according to drawing specification, obtaining release from Chemical Quality Control to fill or pack according GP40-203.Print bill of materials (BOM).Quarantine assemblies and work in progress until final release.Ordering material from the stock room according to BOM.Maintain a cleanorganized work areaFollow safety regulations as outlined in proceduresWear appropriate PPE.Follow Departmental Procedures (DP) and General Procedures (GP) that are related to the department.Fill solution manually while maintaining proper fill levels during the entire operationAssist in operation of the automatic filling pliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and all appropriate regulations (ISO)Other related duties as assigned.EnvironmentalWork Conditions Chemical laboratory area with exposure to chemical, mechanical and electrical hazards.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredA minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing settingRead and understand Engineering Documentation.Ability to lift 50 poundsTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity
