We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of B2B to lead our global B2B expansion with a specific focus on the US market and manage B2B assets in MacPaw product portfolio. Your main goal will be to create and implement comprehensive B2B strategy, including product development, marketing, sales and customer development. Key Responsibilities: â— Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. â— Market Expansion: Identify, prioritize, and penetrate new markets, particularly in the US, to drive revenue growth. â— Stakeholder Communication: Present product strategies and progress updates to executive leadership. Align B2B initiatives with overall company vision and goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.â— Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing B2B sales and marketing team. â— Product Strategy: Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure offerings meet the evolving needs of B2B customers. â— Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. â— Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. â— Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the B2B business is meeting its financial targets. Required Skills and Experience: â— Deep understanding of B2B market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with proven experience in the Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iPadOS). â— Proven success in transforming B2C products into B2B solutions or launching new B2B products, particularly in the US market â— Strong leadership and team management skills. â— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. â— Exceptional strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities. â— Experience in product development, marketing, and sales. â— Ability to adapt to change and embrace new pensation:$200,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role include: Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
