As a key representative of the Thom Sweeney brand, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, fostering long-term relationships and delivering a tailored shopping experience. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury menswear, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to driving sales and brand loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Client Experience:Deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience, embodying the Thom Sweeney ethos.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on product selection, styling, and tailoring services.Handle client inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with professionalism and care.Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by driving client engagement and repeat business.Actively participate in client outreach initiatives, including follow-ups and special event invitations.Maintain in-depth knowledge of Thom Sweeney's collections, tailoring process, and brand heritage to provide insightful recommendations.Store Operations:Support daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.Ensure the store environment is immaculate and reflects the brand's premium positioning.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of in-store events and promotions.Key Skills and Requirements:Experience & Expertise:Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably within menswear or tailoring.Strong understanding of luxury clientele and their expectations.Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members.Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering excellence in every aspect of the role.Personal Attributes:Passionate about menswear and tailoring, with an eye for style and trends.Professional, confident, and approachable demeanour.Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
