Would like someone who is technical. The ideal person would have this but not required.Safe certification is mandatoryPSM or CSM not sufficientWorked as a PM or has a PMP - this is highly preferred. Not absolutely mandatory. But highly preferred.Maybe has a few years of a dev or tech analyst to help bridge the gap. If they understand coding and coding process that's a plus. Not required.ADO (azure devops) is helpful but not required.Daily tasks that are required to have prior experience in:Handling 1-3 teams based on size. Should be 10-20 people total.
