You must have the willingness to go above and beyond - always for the customers and the company. In our boutiques, the Jewelry Sales Professional displays a laser focus on the customer providing them the luxury Icebox experience.Pay is $28 per Hour PLUS Commission!Responsibilities:Assist customers in the selection of Fine Jewelry merchandise in a Luxury Brand environmentMeetexceed personal weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and CRM goalsMaintain Icebox standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the storeDevelop clientelecustomer base by asking each customer to complete a client profile cardclient bookHandle each customer transaction professionally, efficiently and accuratelyProficient in credit sales, applications, offeringsNavigate POS systems and ability to process a saleEvaluate jewelry and watches for repair or quality controlPresent and sell designer watches and fine jewelry to new and existing customersResolve customer inquiriescomplaintsAssist in updating our newest offerings in our social media channelsSelf-motivated learner whose accountable to the goals of the organizationExceed all expectations and flexible to the daily changes of the positionStandard Hours of Operation are Sunday to Saturday
