Account Management is a team of strategic business leaders charged with driving growth and retention of our client's and LC's business. We represent the main day-to-day strategic business partners and advisors to our clients and the catalyst for innovative work across all of the departments and capabilities inside LC.At LC, the Account Management team sits at the heart of all the work we do for our clients. That requires becoming intimate with all aspects of the client's business, beyond just the work they hire us to do for them day-to-day. We treat our client's business like it's our own. We're equal parts business partner, strategic marketer, connector, entrepreneur and trusted advisor.The Role In a Nutshell Senior Account Executives "SAE" at LC take ownership for specific aspects of account projects, assuming responsibility for the tactical implementation of the communications program.The SAE is confident in their own capabilities and take ownership in driving specific client activities.Critical SkillsBusiness and Category Acumen: Runs the day-to-day business and demonstrates a clear understanding of key trends and stats, and can draw conclusions to foster greater team understanding and smarter solutions. Knows competition and how to gather key competitive data and materials.Developing People: Fosters a collaborative environment and exhibits a willingness to help others and be a team player, and assists in the development and mentoring of Account Coordinator(s). Raises issues with time to address.ResponsibilitiesOversees, navigates and manages the team on all aspects of the implementation and of execution of projects to achieve Client's marketing communications strategies and business objectives.Manages multiple projects from start to ï¬nish with an eye towards ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through execution.Acts as primary contact for, and builds valued relationships with, the appropriate middle-management client level (typically Marketing Managers).Partners with all aspects of agency and knows agency structure and role of each discipline.Supports Account Management departmental work designed to drive account growth, diversification and profitability. Contributes to the process of managing client relationship health, client satisfaction, and sustained year-over-year client retention for hisher designated clients.Supports mid-level and senior Account Management supervisors by contributing to the strategic output on hisher designated accounts. Participate in Client strategic planning process, including assessments, situation analyses, POVs, contributions to presentation content and development of marketing communications plans.Keeps abreast of current trends in the industry; shows ability in PowerPoint, Excel & established social media channels.Proactively thinks ahead and is able to anticipate next steps, do things without always being told, and figure out the right people to question. Can be relied on to take on the tedious as needed.Passionate about Client's business and becomes extremely knowledge about all aspects of it.Works in close partnership with Project management team to assist with daily status, execution and administration of all defined creative, media and CX deliverables. Plays hands-on, active role in ensuring all client-assigned projects are executed timely and accurately.Manages the execution and implementation of digital media plans (whenif necessary).Participates in the development and agreement of measurement plans, ensuring benchmarks are clearly defined.
