This role is central to our mission of building software that "thinks like a planner" and automates complex decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven features that deliver real business value to our clients.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and fine-tuning AI models to enhance Atomic's inventory planning and forecasting capabilities.Leveraging agentic AI techniques to automate multi-step processes and improve decision-making logic in the platform.Building and optimizing pipelines for integrating AI outputs with real-time client data.Monitoring AI performance and continuously iterating to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.What You'll NeedAI Fluency: 5+ years of software development experience, with deep experience with the latest AIML frameworks. Strong understanding of LLMs, GPTs, and agent-related technologies.Agentic System Development: Appetite and ability to learn how to build AI agents and systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and performing multi-step tasks autonomously. While prior experience is a plus, this role is also an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with agentic AI techniques.Python Expertise: Proficient in Python and familiar with best practices for production AIML systems.Cloud Experience: Proven ability to develop and deploy AI solutions in cloud environments.Data Handling: Expertise in processing and managing large-scale datasets for training and inference.Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy. Able to thrive in ambiguity and take initiative to solve problems creatively.Teamwork & Ownership: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
