All contractors will be paid as W2 employees.Top Skills Needed:Major incident experiencechange managementstrong ITIL backgroundservice now• Provide monitoring and problem management for Tiffanys Technology Services team• Engage IT resources for problem management processes and reporting of all events on a daily, weekly and monthly basis• Analyze and organize all reports that will provide value to support and development groups.• Maintain GPM service level commitments with specific emphasis on alert management, process flow, problem management, incident management, communication, customer service, and system and application reliability• Maintain and document new and existing GPM processes and procedures• Perform monitoring, deployment, and support activities for the production ecommerce environment while maintaining business partnerships with outside service providers and internal groups
