Position: Assistant Sign FabricatorWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Sign Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sign fabrication, with at least 5+ years of experience, including welding expertise. This role is a key contributor to our production team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every project.Responsibilities:Fabricate a variety of custom signs, including sign cabinets, monument signs, channel letters, dimensional signs, and more, using a range of materials such as aluminum, metal, wood, acrylic, PVC, etc. Perform welding tasks with precision and attention to detail.Assist in assembling and finishing signs to meet client specifications.Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues to ensure quality standards are met.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in sign fabrication, with a focus on custom and commercial signage.Proficiency in welding (MIGTIG) and working with a variety of metals.Strong knowledge of fabrication tools, techniques, and materials.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, and technical specifications.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a workshop setting.
