Our Social Media Outlets, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and TikTok, are among the most followed and viewed in the jewelry world!Currently we are seeking to hire a Sales Manager for the Icebox Flagship store in Atlanta. You must have the willingness to go above and beyond - always for the customers and the company. The salary is $150,000 - $200,000 per year + Bonus, depending on experience!Responsibilities:Meetexceed monthly and annual sales goals and CRM goalsAbility to create a strategic schedule Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by communicating with an understanding of customers' needsMaintain Icebox standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the storeDevelop successful CRM by capturing client's informationHandle each customer's transaction professionally, efficiently and accuratelyNavigate POS systems and ability to process a saleResolve customer inquiriescomplaintsExceed all expectations and flexible to the daily changes of the positionWork with leadership to ensure consistent lead generationTraining new salespeople to ensure successManage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver feedbackWork with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiativesTrack sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basisCoach and develop direct reportsImplement performance plans according to company procedureEmbody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagementMeet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reportsStrong intrapersonal skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with data analysis and reportingMinimum Qualifications:Ten years in a sales representative role; with five years of prior management experience in Diamond Jewelry and Watches.  Benefits Include:80 Hours of PTOHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability Insurance Standard Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm, but managers usually stay a little later after closing.
