Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission! D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Travelers will rotate every 2 weeks) MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
