We are now filling our Entry Level Assistant Manager role.Responsibilities:Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to codeCreating automotive keys and programming transpondersMaintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of salesManage on-site InventoryTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsRequirements:Proven customer service and sales experienceEvaluate customer needs, recommended solutions and quickly build relationships.Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferredPrevious sales and customer service experienceMust be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervisionStrong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervisedStay up-to-date with new features and product launchesAbility to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter exit other vehicles
