The candidate would be supporting the professionals and would have direct working relationships with all professionals in the firm.The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize findings in a succinct manner for the client's usage. ResponsibilitiesCompile data into actionable reportsPrepare pitch and presentation materialsWork collaboratively with team membersOversee and manage projects in conjunction with senior leadersQualificationsBS or BA from an accredited universitycollege; degree in Business, Risk ManagementInsurance, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred;1 - 3 years of experience working with data in a related fieldExcellent leadership and communication skillsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Must be detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy and enjoy operating in a fast-paced, project-focused environment;Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and must be able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal);Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
