The forensic engineer will be responsible for conducting site inspections throughout New Jersey and New York City, conducting forensic analysis, conducting forensic engineering investigations, conducting failure analyses, and utilizing analytical skills in forming professional opinions and writing reports for legal cases. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking to people one-on-one and in small groups. Must be comfortable testifying at depositions and trials in front of a jury.Qualifications5-10 years of experience in Civil Engineering or closely related fieldBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineering (P.E.) license in New Jersey andor New YorkStrong background in Civil Engineering design or Construction ManagementAnalytical Skills for problem-solving and investigationExperience in conducting forensic investigations, forensic analysis, forensic engineering, failure analysis, and expert witness services a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to work independentlyHUB Engineering offers competitive compensation including medical, dental, and vision health benefits and 401(k) Savings Plan.
