Fourth Floor is a forward-thinking staffing and recruiting firm - and we are growing! We are looking for an outgoing and organized Recruiting Associate to help support our busy team of recruiters. As the Recruiting Associate, you will assist with managing fulltimedirect-hire fashion talent for the top companies in luxury, RTW, beauty, menswear, home goods, lifestyle and more!This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to gain more office experience while learning about HR and Recruiting.What you will be doing:Candidate sourcing and screening potential candidatesWriting detailed candidate biosOverseeing candidate paperwork completionCoordinating candidate interviews, prepping candidates via phone and emailConducting thorough reference checksManaging and updating candidate information in databaseTaking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of experience in fashion, HR or administrative experience a plusAbility to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environmentConfident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and resourceful with a "no task is too big or too small" approachPositive, personable, and team-oriented mindsetProficiency in MS OfficeProficiency in Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter a plusPlease submit your resume & portfolio for consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
