Stealth Startup | Performance Technician

We are hiring for an exciting and impactful full time role, Performance Technician, to assist in the administration of our performance testing batteries within our sports science facility, and to help bring to life a key tier of our holistic human performance and longevity assessment. This is an incredible opportunity for those looking to get in on the ground floor with an organization on a mission to connect sport to health for avid athletes.You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of the performance testing batteries, producing key metrics for our medical and performance teams. This is a pivotal role, as you will represent the face of our company, and curate an incredible in-person member experience. The right candidate will be comfortable engaging 1:1 with elite athletes, explaining and conducting sports-specific performance tests in a way that resonates with the member. The candidate will be equally comfortable following standardized procedures, operating sports science technology, collecting and organizing data, and summarizing key learnings for internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong background in customer relations, sports science and analytics, and coaching, alongside a deep appreciation of holistic health and wellness for performance enhancement.
